Reserve the Entire Ranch, or "Buffalo Gulch" for your event!

The Hideaway Ranch and Refuge is a great place for your group!  From Family Reunions to Corporate Retreats, we are an excellent choice for your group to “Hide Away” or reconnect!

The Ranch can accommodate 23 guests in individual beds, or 35 guests if couples utilize the queen sized beds.(note: some “beds” are convertible sofa beds or day beds). Our Dining area in our old west town of "Buffalo Gulch" can accomodate up to 40 guests for catered meals or "chuckwagon" dinners!

2 night minimum stays are required for overnight guests on weekends and Holidays.  MIDWEEK RETREATS CAN BE ONE NIGHT. Groups reserving Buffalo Gulch for events are not required to stay the night.

We also offer the entire Ranch as a wedding venue!  The entire Ranch and Refuge may be reserved for weddings for $3000 + cabins.  All 10 cabins must be rented for wedding groups.

To reserve a wedding, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.  The remainder is due 1 week before the wedding date.  Additionally a $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is due 1 week before the wedding.
