Covid-19 policy changes
Greetings everyone.
We hope everyone is doing ok during the current shelter in place orders. Due to the unique aspects of our property, we have decided to remain open for our guests. The seclusion of our cabins and the remoteness of our ranch, make us the perfect place to hide away during this pandemic. We have, however, made some policy changes that will remain in place until it is deemed appropriate to go back to business as usual.
-All common areas are closed. This includes the office, lounge and business center, Fishing, hiking, and animal watching are still available.
-Horseback riding and chuckwagon suppers are postponed indefinitely.
-All check-ins/outs will be done remotely. You will receive an envelope with your key and a property map upon check-in and you will deposit your key in a dropbox during check out.
-The biggest threat of exposure for our staff is after guests depart and we do the laundry and clean the cabin for the next guest. Therefore, we will be limiting the "extra" linens and supplies (blankets, throw pillows, extra sheets etc.) in the cabin. You are welcome to bring extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. if you would like. The cabin will be prepared with 2 bath towels per person.
-We reserve the right to make additional changes as deemed necessary for everyone's safety. Please call before your visit if you have any questions. We hope you understand the rationale for these changes and we are confident that if you still choose to visit us you will have a great opportunity to "hideaway" and enjoy some beautiful spring weather.
